They are an excellent tool to prevent feeling overwhelmed by everyday challenges!

    So, what exactly are routines?

    Simply put, routines are the frameworks within which a family operates every day. They establish a rhythm, outlining when certain tasks need to be completed, in what order, and by whom. Every family has some routines, especially when children start going to school or daycare, as every day they need to wake up, have breakfast, go to school, attend afternoon activities, have lunch, do homework, have dinner, and go to bed.
