In recent years, it has become almost commonplace that life rushes by us and amidst the myriad of tasks, we have less and less time for each other. Cliché or not, it is a fact that there are countless distractions that divert our attention; after-school activities, work tasks, hobbies, TV series, social media - all contribute to this shift in focus. However, in this environment, we tend to forget that our lives shouldn't only consist of getting from point A to point B as efficiently as possible, but rather, it's about the journey itself.
Humans instinctively crave connection and community, and we undermine our families when we allow various events and activities to get in the way of this. With a little determination and planning, valuable family connections can be established, existing bonds can be sustained, and further strengthened. While quality family time requires planning, it's a worthwhile investment that pays off, as when children feel close to their parents, they are more cooperative, which strengthens the entire family. Therefore, it's understandable that every moment spent together matters, but let's see how we can implement this!
